Moving to 0.3.DL
I'm running my server on linux host and I want to move to 0.3.DL but the problem is when I upload 0.3.DL files to the host via FTP and when i run it server works but runs on 0.3.7.
I don't know how to change it to 0.3.DL

Development
I have heard that there are some servers they have their own clients, UGMP - Under Ground Multiplayer. This is a server under Development. I'm also looking forward to focus on heavy development and I'm going to make own client for my server. Can you guys give any tips or start me with little help.

GTA SA FPS Related
Version: 0.3.7-R3
Windows 10

I know this isn't very server related, but I've been having a weird issue. I get 94-95 FPS consistently (doesn't matter what settings I use, I always achieve this FPS) but it feels sluggish, almost like 30 FPS. I am playing on a 144 hz monitor too so I don't think that is the problem - all of my other games run perfectly fine and smooth, except GTA San Andreas. (I only play multiplayer) I didn't have this problem in the past either, I came back to GTA SA after a long break and reinstalled the game but it just doesn't feel the same. (I use the downgraded Steam version too, if that has something to do with it...idk) I've messed with the settings in the NVIDIA control panel but that hasn't changed the sluggish feeling either.

I have a very big problem with my GTA, which prevents me from recording my games, or even playing comfortably.
One day I decide to delete my gta3.img from my GTA SA file, I put it back directly and there I turn to 40-50-60 constant FPS, even with an unlocker FPS nothing does.
(I specify that this bug occurs when I put a cleo in my cleo folder or a mod in the modloader, if I do not mod my GTA I do not have this problem.)
I deleted all my gta and all traces of it, updated drivers, changing sessions, it persists.
If any of you can be generous and answer my problem, I would be happy to.

Getting low FPS
Well according to the given system requirements of GTA SA my PC is better but still I get like 30-50 fps.

Why am I being locked to 91 FPS
I can lock my FPS to lower by enabling FPS limit in settings. But I have a 144hz monitor so I want to play 144 FPS. I'm being specifically locked to 91 FPS

Brightness Changes After Alt+Enter
Ever since I got a new pc and a new monitor, the alt+enter that makes the game windowed makes the game much less brighter than original full screen.
I play with whatever is closest resolution to 720, those are my settings. If I alt+enter, the window is in the 720 ish resolution, still looking just as it was. Then when I make the window fullscreen it's no longer bright at all. Literally looks like evening all the time.
Didn't have this thing when I played on my old pc with a 21'' monitor, but now on new pc + 27'' I get this. If pictures are needed I'll provide.
Any ideas why?

Internet problem with samp
So basically I have this problem where my own Wi-Fi connection doesn't allow me to connect to any server on SAMP. First I thought it was a problem with the game, but after changing my connection to my neighbour's wifi, it worked like a charm. How can I fix this thing? I also tried logging in as an ''admin'' to my router settings through 192.168.0.1, but from there on, I didn't know what to do.
I've tried doing portforwarding to allow the :7777 port, I've tried disabling the firewall, but it has nothing to do with that.. And since I don't wanna open up my DMZ, because that'd be a risk, I'm not sure what to do.

Problem with Map editor
I use jurnejL map editor, and on this lap top there is a problem. When i want to select a object it select the wrong one, other one... I dont know what is the problem, i uninstall it 10 times even went from windows 10 to windows 7 and nothing... So i click in one object it select the wrong one, and it lagg a little bit when selecting.

Samp opening Local server
Hello, whenever I try to connect to any server by clicking on the SAMP icon, it opens a server of ip :7777 port i.e Connecting to :7777, I just reinstalled my gta SA but the issue is still there. Genuine helps would be appreciated.
