Can't locate a file

Hello guys, I'm having trouble finding "chatlog.txt" anywhere on the computer.

1) 0.3.7 RC4
2) Windows 10
3) GTX 1660
4) 7777
5) No crashs
6) No crashs
7) No mods

Looks like the file is not even created after joining any server...
