SA-MP doesn't connect

I know there is dozen of topics that had the same problem but I still can't fix this.
The internet is working fine but it doesn't connect to ANY server. Even in the server list, I unable to see ping or any player.
and, it only works sometime when I clicked the server(maybe 1-2 secs). It's not responding again after I click it.
